On November 22, 2025, the Cherry Hill Kiwanis Club joined the Haddonfield community in supporting an inspiring mission: hand-packing meals through FMSC’s “Haddonfield Community” campaign to fight childhood hunger. Through this effort, volunteers came together — Kiwanis members, local families, and caring individuals — to help feed children around the world who are hungry in body and spirit.
We are proud to stand with FMSC in delivering hope, nourishment, and compassion to those who need it most. Every meal packed, every donation made brings us one step closer to a world where no child goes hungry.
✨ A big thank-you to everyone who volunteered and donated — your hands, hearts, and generosity make this possible. Together, we can make a real difference.
What an incredible meeting we shared this past Friday! Our group came together with purpose and heart, assembling more than 25 food donation boxes to place in our workplaces and throughout the community. These boxes will help raise awareness for the Kiwanis Club of Cherry Hill while supporting local families facing food insecurity.
If you couldn’t attend but would like to participate, we’d love to have you join the effort. Simply reach out, and we’ll coordinate a box drop-off so you can collect donations at your workplace or within your network. We will be collecting food through the end of the year, and if your box fills up, please contact Janet DiMartino at [email protected] or reach out to us to arrange a pickup.
Most donations will support the Cherry Hill Food Pantry, which is in urgent need of community support. If you have connections with other local pantries, donations can absolutely be directed there as well—every can, every box, and every act of kindness helps a family in need.
A huge thank-you to Gail Delmonte and Springdale Farmer’s Market for their generous contributions! After assembling our donation boxes, we delivered 83 pounds of food to the Cherry Hill Food Pantry. Ray from the pantry kindly gave us a tour, and it’s clear how hard Janet and her team work to keep things running smoothly for the families they serve.
